My purpose is to help individuals see change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle, and transform challenges into triumphs.

My own experiences have shaped my understanding of the struggles people face during periods of change. Having gone through my own challenges and sought professional help, I am passionate about providing the support and guidance I wish I had during times of transition.

This connection to my clients' journeys fuels my commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for them.

Moreover, I thrive on the opportunity to empower others to embrace change and pursue their dreams.

Watching clients gain confidence, develop healthier habits, and create the life they love is a profound source of joy for me. It reinforces my belief that everyone has the potential to transform their lives, and I am honored to be a part of that process.

Ultimately, the combination of making a positive impact, fostering connections, and being a catalyst for change in people's lives is what makes my business truly fulfilling.

Safe Day to Change is not just a career for me; it is my passion and purpose, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help others transform their lives.

My Purpose

My Story

Growing up in this country after immigrating from Brasil, I faced many challengesβ€”language barriers, cultural differences, and the pressure to adapt while holding onto my identity. However, these challenges also became the foundation of my resilience.

Resilience is not just about enduring hardships; it's about finding strength and purpose in the face of adversity. I learned early on that I needed to not only handle a new environment but also to carve out a space for my voice.

Finding my voice was perhaps the most transformative aspect of my journey. I went from not speaking the language at all to training hundreds of professionals in the areas of engineering and occupational health and safety; and I learned that my voice mattered.

Speaking up became a form of empowermentβ€”not just for myself, but for individuals who might feel marginalized.

My story is a testament to the power of resilience and transformation. I’ve turned my pain into purpose by creating a business dedicated to helping others change their lives, just as I did.
